My photography is all about telling a story.

KyNi Photography is Cricket Carstens; a professional freelance photographer that started her incredible photographic journey as a child when her mom allowed her to use the family Kodak camera. Her work is about the essence of the moment, the process and very often the unexpected. She looks at life from a different angle and so does her camera.

She interprets your event, product or situation from an angle that will leave you pleasantly surprised and wanting more.

As a child of the earth she believes in leaving things in their natural state, which means she only uses natural and ambient light. She won't make you look thinner or taller using fancy software as YOU ARE ENOUGH.

      Cultural & Heritage
The region is rich in history which has resulted in the unique blend of cultures encountered today. The West Coast was inhabited by Khoi tribes which included the Hottentots, Bushmen, and the Strandlopers who are now know as the Khoisan.
