27 Delegates attended this very popular workshop, which strives to improve the service standard nationally through training. This hospitality course also creates awareness of the importance of the individuals’ role in their place of work and as ambassadors for the community and for SA.
The workshop proved to be a very beneficial and a positive experience as seen by the favourable ratings received on the feedback forms.

The SBTO would like to thank all members and delegates for their overwhelming response to this course. Unfortunately we were restricted in terms of numbers, and could not accommodate everyone. We will however endeavour to host another workshop in due course in order to provide this opportunity to more members.
